About Me

My journey as a fitness professional began at Michigan State University with a degree in Kinesiology/Physical Education. I taught PE at the high school and elementary levels and also earned a Masters degree in Physical Education from West Virginia University. I coached high school football and boys basketball for 15 years, which has allowed me the opportunity to use my knowledge and skills to train hundreds of athletes.

Much of my passion for teaching fitness and yoga has come from my own results with training. It inspired me to become certified to teach group fitness, yoga and become a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist. I am blessed to have the opportunity to help people of all ages achieve their performance goals and lead a healthier, more fulfilling life. I have been training since 2014. I live in Novi, Michigan with my wife and two daughters.

I am highly skilled and dedicated to guiding anyone through safe and effective workouts, fostering a supportive and empowering training environment.

How often should I work out to see results?

The frequency of workouts depends on individual goals, fitness level, and the type of exercises. Most of our crew does 2-3 C.L.I.M.B. sessions per week along with yoga.

How can I stay motivated to exercise regularly?
